Mr Hoad-Reddick was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought was wrong and what scans he wanted done and arranged them quickly. He was brilliant as were his staff. Nothing was too much for them and their friendly manner and helpfulness was much appreciated
