• Thursday 8.00am - 7.30pm
• Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Booking a Clinic Appointment

Referrals Including Self Referral

You do not need a GP or specialist to refer you to Mr Hoad-Reddick unless this is required by your insurance company. Please fill in your details on the contact us page clearly indicating the reason for your visit and any relevant medical history. It is often helpful for us to obtain copies of scans and x-rays ahead of your appointment with Mr Hoad-Reddick to avoid duplication, unnecessary radiation and additional cost so please specify on the form whether you have had any previous relevant investigations.
